- If it is inconvenient to come to the Rec & Ed office you can send a request by email to Mary Hollis at hollism@aaps.k12.mi.us
- Please include
1. the amount
2. Name of person being given the gift certificate
3. That person's address and phone number
4. Payor's name, address and phone number
5. Payor's credit card number
- The gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Due to the winter holiday break, please send in your request by noon on Friday, Dec. 18,
